New Enrollment

Welcome to Thompson Public Schools

There are some required documents the school will need to be able to register your student. Please check the list below and click the school you want to register your student.

Original birth certificate
A copy of the students most recent physical and immunizations
If student is not living with parent, proof of legal guardianship must be provided
DCF 603 form if a foster placement

Proof of Thompson Residency (provide one):

Mortgage statement or rental/lease agreement
Utility bill (such as gas, electric, phone)
A Certificate of Residency Form needs to be filled and must be notarized if the student and the parent/legal guardian will be residing with another Thompson resident.
